His proffesional Experience includes: Energy Facilities Exploitation Department Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft, from April 2017 – present; Energy Plant Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft, from October 2011 - April 2017, Design Lead Engineer in design company, defining the concept of the HVAC solutions, from 2009 – 2011, Workshop engineer at the company Althammer, gmbh, Heidenheim, from 2008 – 2009, Aspirant (Design of HVAC installations), from 2007 – 2008.

Tomislav Nešovanović

Tomislav Nešovanović has been Commercial Director of Roaming Solutions since May 2017. He previously served as Executive Director of Roaming Networks from April 2014. He has gained valuable and comprehensive experiences leading companies through business and structural transformations during the past twelve years in multinational companies such as IBM, Kuwait National Petroleum Company, Abu Dhabi Marine Operations and Haya Water in various countries, such as the United States, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait and KSA. During his career he has held the positions of Infrastructural Asset Manager, Project Manager for IBM and ORACLE ERP and Business Intelligence corporate solutions Systems. He was Principal Consultant for maintenance, procurement and inventory and Business Analyst in Water/wastewater, Oil & Gas and Telco sector. He is an Asset Management Expert and one of the pioneers in the development of PAS55 and ISO55001. As a member of the Institute of Asset Management he has been one of the key speakers in various government congresses in Asia on this topic. Mr Nešovanović holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.

Prof. dr Radivoje Mitrović

Prof. dr Radivoje Mitrović is the current dean of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. He has many years of experience in the field of mechanical structures, testing of roller bearings, project management, machine design, reliability of mechanical elements and systems, friction and vibration of roller bearings, production technologies of rolling bearings. He is the author of a large number of scientific papers and projects in the field of testing, estimation and analysis of rolling bearings and power transfer failures, as well as the improvement of structural solutions, technical regulations and standards, European directives, management of engineering projects; He participated in the realization of 56 engineering projects (including economic cooperation projects), 10 original technical solutions (machines of different functions and purposes, test tables, gear drives, pumps, etc.), a large number of expert studies, studies and laboratory reports, as well as 21 projects funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.

Mrs. Vidovic is the Vice President and Owner of Energy Testing & Balance, Inc. in Austin, Texas, USA. In addition to providing all Operational support to the firm, including HR, Finance, and Contract Management, she leads our Commissioning Program, providing both HVAC and LEED Commissioning Services for our clients.
Mr. Vidovic is an ACG certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and a Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP) trained and certified by the University of Wisconsin. She has been providing various levels of commissioning services from HVAC only to Enhanced LEED services for 10 years.
Ms. Vidovic has been with our firm since 2006. Prior to joining our team, she was an Executive Manager in the high tech industry. During her 15 years with Dell, Ms. Vidovic held various management roles in Finance, Sales, Operations, Project Management and Process Improvement related functions.
She is a graduate of Texas State University with aBBA in Accounting and has also been a licensed CPA.

Miloš Vasić

Miloš Vasić is an Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and Department of Aerospace Engineering. As an assistant professor he is responsible for student practical training, at the module for mechanical engineering and information technology, for the subject: Web design basics; Professional practice of B-MIT; Software Engineering; Information integration of business functions; Database design.
He earned his MSc degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 2015, and is currently on his PhD studies. He also holds a Masters degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (2015). His interests also include management system standards. He holds Lead Auditor Certificates in management system standards: ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 - Information Security Management System, and ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality Management System. He published over 20 professional papers in domestic and international scientific journals and conference proceedings.

Milisav Krstović
Acting director, Public Utility Company "Lazarevac", Serbia
Milisav Krstović grew up in Čibutkovica, a municipality of Lazarevac. His professional experience includes a multi-year experience gained through engagement at the highest positions of commercial enterprises, such as Transportation Company Lasta, Kolubara Ugostiteljstvo, Kolubara Građevinar, Transportation Company Lastra, etc. In July 2012, at the session of the Municipal Assembly of Lazarevac, Milisav Krstović was appointed acting director of the Public Utility Company "Lazarevac", the position he still holds today. To the expert community he is known for constant innovations in everyday business. Milisav Krstović is the first leader in Serbia who revoked parking taxes for the owners of electric vehicles.

Mr. Vidovic has35 years of experience in the design, construction and operations, of complex HVAC systems in public, private, healthcare and education sectors. With his extensive knowledge of DDC controls, equipment performance and systems’ troubleshooting, he is highly regarded as an expert in the Testing, Adjusting & Balancing and Commissioningfield.

Prof. dr Jezdimir Knežević

Prof. dr Nebojša Bojović
Full professor, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and traffic engineering, Serbia
Nebojša Bojović is Full Professor and Dean at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering, University of Belgrade. His professional expertise, research and teaching interests include Applications of Operations Research, Information Systems and Control Theory in Transportation Systems with particular emphasis on: Rail freight car fleet sizing, Railway vehicle routing and scheduling, Risk management, and Project management. He is author of over 30 scientific publications bridge appeared in prestigious international journals, as well as over 70 papers presented at international and national conferences. He was mentor in more than 60 undergraduate, postgraduate and master thesis, as well as 11 doctoral dissertations. As a project manager or team member, he has participated in the realization of 20 international and national projects. His professional engagement includes membership in the Board of Directors of the Serbian Tariffs Association, Yugoslav Society of Operational Research, Yugoslav Association for Project Management, Euro Working Group on Transportation, and Euro Working Group on Multicriteria Decision Aiding. In 2015, he was elected as Assembly President at JSC Serbian Railways Infrastructure "ŽS Infrastructure". In the period2001-2004 he was engaged as Executive Officer for Marketing, Investments and Strategy at the company “PTT Serbia”.

Marinko Ukropina

Marinko Ukropina is the general manager of the Swiss company SGS in Belgrade. During his successful career, he was Head of Laboratory Research Department at Minel, then Senior Electrical Inspector in Jugoinspekt Belgrade, where he performed quality control, supervision of projects, power facilities and equipment. After that he was appointed Head of Electrical Equipment Sector, and then the director of the industrial sector.
In the course of his career, he became a member of: SAM (Serbian Association of Managers), AMCHAM (American Chamber of Commerce), NALED Executive Board (National Alliance for Local Economic Development), DSV (German-Serbian Business Association), FIC (Council of Foreign Investors). The president is the SSCC (Swiss-Serbian Chamber of Commerce).

Prof. dr Gradimir Danon
Institute for Research and Design in Commerce & Industry
Gradimir Danon was born in Belgrade on February 27, 1949. He graduated from University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, also in Belgrade, in 1972. He was awarded his M.Sc. And D.Sc. Degrees by the same faculty, in 1978 and 1988, respectively. He has received his rank of full professorship at the Faculty of Forestryin the year 2000. In October 2017, he retired. He was the mentor of three doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Forestry, and was the member of the commissions for evaluation as well as viva voce examination of number of doctoral and master theses at the University of Belgrade. Prof. Danon led four studies and projects financed by the Ministry of Science of Republic of Serbia and have been engaged in numerous other projects for domestic and foreign clients. Prof. Danon is the member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Serbia (AESS), the editor-in-chief of the “Journal of Applied Engineering Science” (JAES), and the founder and chairman of the program committee of scientific conferences "Pneumatici". He is a reviewer in several top scientific journals such as: “Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews”, “Energy”, “Renewable Energy” …, and a number of university textbooks and scientific monographs.

Milutin Ignjatović
Managing Director, The Institute of Transportation CIP, Ltd., Serbia
Milutin Ignjatović graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology, University of Belgrade in 1970. His employment at the Institute of Transportation CIP, Ltd, started with the position of Head of Department for Geotechnical Engineering in 1991. In January 1994, Milutin Ignjatović was promoted to Deputy Managing Director. From November, 2000, he has been the Managing Director of CIP, which represents the leading research and design company in Serbia and Southeast Europe. Through his eighteen years of employment, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience covering the technical, technological, ecological and economic aspects of transportation infrastructure and all other fields of construction (geodetic surveys, geological testing, production of study, planning and technical documentation, expert and technical control of technical documentation, testing of structures, expert supervision on the construction of facilities, technical inspection of facilities, engineering - consulting services, etc.)

Prof. dr Časlav Mitrović
Full professor, Faculty of Mechanical engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia
Časlav Mitrović is a full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Serbia. His research areas are Aircrafts; Aerodynamics, helicopter rotor aerodynamics; Experimental Aerodynamics; Design of wind turbines; Mechanics of the year, Dynamics of the flight; Design and testing of aircraft structures; Quantitative methods of aviation research, Aeronautical regulations, etc. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 1984, and then got his PhD in 1997. He published over 150 domestic and international scientific and professional papers, three chapters in international editions, one monography, and two textbooks. His memberships in scientific and professional organizations include ICAS - International Council of Aeronautical Sciences, AIAA - American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, DOTS Technical Systems Maintenance Society, EFNMS - European Federation of National Maintenance Societies, ENGINEERING CHAMBER OF SERBIA, AFMF - Alumni Foundation of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering.

Dr Miloš Petrović
Director, Center for electric and hybrid vehicles
Miloš Petrović has spent over twenty years in top management positions both in national and international companies. At the very beginning of his career as a mechanical engineer in the company "Inex-Interexport", he was a service engineer in the "Inex rent-a-car”. When "Inex" and German "Mercedes" decided to jointly establish a new company with majority owned by German giant, Mercedes Benz Yugoslavia, Mr. Petrović was elected by Mercedes Benz to become a member of the Supervisory Board MBYU. He moved to ATT Holding, general representative of DAEWOO Motor, to the position of Deputy General Director. Later, when General Motors (GM) took over DAEWOO Motor, their Office for Central and Eastern Europe, based in Budapest, promoted him to the position of Head of Representative Office, Manager for Chevrolet development in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. The new challenge was Japanese Toyota, where he was appointed as the General Manager of "Toyota Center Belgrade" where he spends five successful years leading the company.
He then becomes General Manager of BMW for Serbia and Montenegro, namely the last few years was the CEO of Delta Auto, exclusive dealer of automotive companies in the region, such as Fiat, Honda, BMW and Renault Trucks. The companies which had several hundred employees with an annual turnover of over 100 million Euros. Mr. Petrović is a long-time President of the Serbian Association of Importers of motor vehicles and parts, which brings together all the world's motor manufacturers that are represented in Serbia through their companies or distributors like Audi, Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Suzuki, Ford and others. In 2014 the Government of the Republic of Serbia appointed him as the State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, responsible for economic development, European integration and international cooperation and later appointed him as the director of the Development Agency of Serbia, Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion. In the capacity of State Secretary he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Chrysler FCA- Fiat Automobili Serbia, which has a factory in Serbia jointly owned by FIAT (67%) and Republic of Serbia (33%). The total investment of over 1 billion Euros with 3,500 employees. He is an expert consultant in the largest companies in the field of organizational change, strategy, corporate governance, investment and improving profitability. He is also the expert for "Asset management", and the introduction of quality systems QMS. Presently Mr. Petrović is the Director of Center for Electric and Hybrid vehicles.

Davor Vujanović
Assistant professor, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and traffic engineering
Davor Vujanović was born on April 20, 1974 in Zagreb. He graduated in 1998 at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering. He received his Ph.D. At the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in 2013 on thesis “Contribution to the development of the vehicle fleet maintenance management”. Since 2006 he has been employed at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade, Department for Road and Urban Transport, Division for Motor Vehicles’ Technical Operation. Currently, he is employed as Assistant Professor. His fields of interest and expertise are: vehicle fleet operation and maintenance management, vehicle fleet energy efficiency, assets management, vehicle condition monitoring and control, transport environmental impact, decision support systems, transport information technologies, sustainable development. He is author and co-author of 27 papers in the international and domestic journals and conferences and author of book entitled “Vehicle fleets maintenance management” as well. As co-author participated in 12projects and studies on the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering in Belgrade. He speaks German and English.

Darko Stanojević

Darko Stanojević, Teaching and Research Assistant at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Motor Vehicles. His career includes participating in many industry domestic and international projects and feasibility studies whose topics were related ž to the research areas such as: development of design, motor vehicle characteristics, development of vehicle maintenance systems, improvement of vehicle safety and development of reliability of vehicle systems which were realized by Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade and/or by Institute for research and design in commerce and industry from Belgrade.
Additionally, his career includes engagement in projects of implementation of different ISO standards or management systems such as: quality management system, road traffic management system, OHSAS management system, environmental management system and etc., in many public and private companies in Serbia. He has published over 30 scientific papers in domestic and international journals and proceedings of domestic and international conferences whose topics addressed development of vehicle systems reliability, risk analysing methods, technical systems maintenance and application of quality management systems in automotive industry. Beside research and scientific work, his academic career includes teaching classes within bachelor and master studies on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade, with the following subjects of department of motor vehicles: system effectiveness, system engineering, maintenance of motor vehicles and etc. Currently he is working on his phd thesis and he is active in participation in many current international and domestic projects. He is also an active member of Serbian Technical Systems Maintenance Society.

Prof. dr Ljubodrag Tanović
Full professor, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical engineering
He was born in Užice. He finished an eight-year school and secondary technical school in Užice. After that he graduated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade and became an assistant-trainee for a group of subjects at the Department of Production Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. He defended master's thesis at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade titled "Development of automatic tool wear identification". Assistant in the subjects of Mechanical Engineering Technology and Production Systems at the Department of Production Engineering at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade. He defended the Doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade titled "Contribution to the research of the process of flat grinding of ceramics". In 2002 he was elected as a full professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for subjects Tools and Accessories and Engineering Technology.
