His proffesional Experience includes: Energy Facilities Exploitation Department Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft, from April 2017 – present; Energy Plant Manager at NIS Gazprom Neft, from October 2011 - April 2017, Design Lead Engineer in design company, defining the concept of the HVAC solutions, from 2009 – 2011, Workshop engineer at the company Althammer, gmbh, Heidenheim, from 2008 – 2009, Aspirant (Design of HVAC installations), from 2007 – 2008.

Miloš Tucaković

Miloš started his career in 1985 as a sports journalist in “Politika” Newspapers before he moved in 1990 to work in Training at Hyatt Corporation. During his career at Hyatt, he was Director of HR and was an Executive Board Member. He then became the Managing Director of Advance International (representative of Wilson Learning Group). Miloš has over 10 years of experience in the Executive Search industry and has completed searches from board level to General Managers and senior level Directors. Miloš is also a licensed A&DC Assessor. Miloš was on the Advisory Board of different companies and worked with their Executives on re-structuring and company development. He is also a leadership development coach for CEO’s and General Managers. Miloš was also a participant in many domestic and international conferences as Guest Speaker. Mr Srđan Filipović

Srđan Filipović was born in 1972 in Požarevac. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical engineering in Belgrade in 1998, where he got the first position at the Institute for motor vehicles. He has been employed in PUC "Public services" Požarevac since 2001, since 2010 as the technical director, director for development and investments and as Chairman of the Board of directors. During his professional career from 2008-2010, he performed as Director of after sales at Holding West group in Belgrade, in the field of automotive industry, import, maintenance and production. His social engagement in Union of engineers includes a position of Union President of societies of engineer’s city of Požarevac for two terms (2004-2008), member of the Court of honor 2006 and Presidency delegate. His Professional engagement includes participating in and leading many domestic and foreign projects, all of which are important in the field of auto and process industry.
He took part in city of Požarevac’s projects: Temporary solution and General plan for water supply of the city of Požarevac, Local and Regional waste management plans. He formed the Office for sustainable development of the city of Požarevac. Owns European certificate, a degree of national expert, in the field of maintenance EFMNS, engineering license from Chamber of Serbia, an international CPC certificate in the field of passenger and freight traffic.

Dr Miloš Petrović

Miloš Petrović has spent over twenty years in top management positions both in national and international companies. At the very beginning of his career as a mechanical engineer in the company "Inex-Interexport", he was a service engineer in the "Inex rent-a-car”. When "Inex" and German "Mercedes" decided to jointly establish a new company with majority owned by German giant, Mercedes Benz Yugoslavia, Mr. Petrović was elected by Mercedes Benz to become a member of the Supervisory Board MBYU. He moved to ATT Holding, general representative of DAEWOO Motor, to the position of Deputy General Director. Later, when General Motors (GM) took over DAEWOO Motor, their Office for Central and Eastern Europe, based in Budapest, promoted him to the position of Head of Representative Office, Manager for Chevrolet development in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. The new challenge was Japanese Toyota, where he was appointed as the General Manager of "Toyota Center Belgrade" where he spends five successful years leading the company. He then becomes General Manager of BMW for Serbia and Montenegro, namely the last few years was the CEO of Delta Auto, exclusive dealer of automotive companies in the region, such as Fiat, Honda, BMW and Renault Trucks. The companies which had several hundred employees with an annual turnover of over 100 million Euros. Mr. Petrović is a long-time President of the Serbian Association of Importers of motor vehicles and parts, which brings together all the world's motor manufacturers that are represented in Serbia through their companies or distributors like Audi, Fiat, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Suzuki, Ford and others. In 2014 the Government of the Republic of Serbia appointed him as the State Secretary in the Ministry of Economy, responsible for economic development, European integration and international cooperation and later appointed him as the director of the Development Agency of Serbia, Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion. In the capacity of State Secretary he was the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Chrysler FCA- Fiat Automobili Serbia, which has a factory in Serbia jointly owned by FIAT (67%) and Republic of Serbia (33%). The total investment of over 1 billion Euros with 3,500 employees. He is an expert consultant in the largest companies in the field of organizational change, strategy, corporate governance, investment and improving profitability. He is also the expert for "Asset management", and the introduction of quality systems QMS. Presently Mr. Petrović is the Director of Center for Electric and Hybrid vehicles.

Miloš Vasić
Institute for research and design in industry, Serbia
Miloš Vasic is a consultant at Institute for research and design in industry, with more than 10 years experience in the field of ISO standards and management systems implementation and certification. He earned his MSc degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade in 2015, and is currently on his PhD studies. He also holds a Masters degree in economics from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade (2015). He holds Lead Auditor Certificates in management system standards: ISO/IEC 27001: 2013 - Information Security Management System, and ISO 9001: 2015 - Quality Management System. He published over 30 professional papers in domestic and international scientific journals and conference proceedings. He also holds the Microsoft Specialist and Microsoft Certified Professional certificates.

Prof. dr Petar Uskoković
Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade
Born in Belgrade, 1965; completed master thesis 1994 and PhD thesis on 1999 at the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade. At the same faculty, he was elected as ass. prof. 2000, asso. prof. 2005 and full professor on 2010. 2003-2004 he was visiting professor at the Franche-Comte University and visiting scientist at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He supervised 8 PhD and served as committee member for over 25 PhD thesis; coauthored 96 SCI papers and over 170 conference reports. Serves as reviewer: ERC, FET Open, Eureka, RGC Hong Kong PolyU, the Royal Society and Swiss NSF. He held 3 plenary and 14 invited lectures; chaired 4 and participated in over 10 conference boards; coauthored university book, practicum, 2 monographs and 3 monograph chapters. Prof. Uskokovic is PI of 2 international and one national research projects; coordinated domestic partners in 4 int. projects (EUREKA, HERD); participated in 4 int. projects (TEMPUS, HK PolyU RGC), 2 projects with international companies, and over dozen industrial related projects. Research interest is related to composites and nanomaterials applied in biomaterials, energy storage, env. protection etc. From 2018 serves as dean of the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy, University of Belgrade. From 2012 he served as vice-dean for science and doctoral studies. In 2015 he was elected for the president of the Academic Council of Technical Sciences, University of Belgrade and appointed as the president of the Assembly of the Institute for General and Physical Chemistry.

Prof. dr Nenad Zrnić
Full professor, University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical engineering
Prof. Dr. Nenad Đ. Zrnić was born in 1966 in Belgrade, where he finished elementary and mathematical high school. He graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade in 1992, where he defended his Magister thesis in 1996 and his doctorate in 2005, for which he received the Annual prize of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce; 2005 was elected assistant professor at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering for the scientific field machinery, 2009, associate professor in 2013 and full professor. Since 2012, he is the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Belgrade, and since 2015, Vice Dean for International Cooperation and member of HERE team. Since 2018 he is Vice Rector of the University of Belgrade. He is president of the Executive Board of the Association of Graduate Mechanical Engineers of Serbia. He is chairman of the Organizing and Scientific Committees of international conferences: MHCL 2006, 2009 and 2012, held in Belgrade, as well as MHCL in 2015, held in Vienna in cooperation with TU Wien. He is the author of the curriculum of the subjects taught at different study programs at FME: BSc (Fundamentals of material handling equipment), MSc (Material handling and conveying machines, Design of cranes, Ecodesign – Sustainable product development), and PhD (Dynamics of material handling machines and Ecodesign and sustainable logistics).

He has been elected as a Fellow, Member or Official of many leading Professional Societies and Institutions worldwide, and has been actively involved in editorial work with the world’s leading and prestigious referred journals and publishing houses. Dr Knezevic has received several international awards for his contribution to research and education in the field of Logistics Engineering including the prestigious Armitage Medal ("Awarded to recognize outstanding contribution to logistics literature." 1993) and Eccles Medal ("In recognition of his outstanding achievements in the development of Logistics Education", 1996) from the Society of Logistics Engineers, SOLE, in USA. In 2010 The Society for Reliability Engineering, Quality and Operations Management awarded the Certificate to Dr Knezevic "for global leadership and pioneering research excellence in Mirce Mechanics".

Mr Nada Stanojević

Nada Stanojević is the General Manager of Institute for research and design in commerce and industry. Responsible for planning strategic business objectives and also implementing systems and processes to monitor and report on performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators across all the business sectors. Well networked and highly successful in implementing business process improvements, defining company direction, achieving goals, change and optimising business procedures. Specific experience gained through 15 years of diverse project management in the areas of Engineering, Construction, Transportation and Energy Efficiency.

Prof. dr Mira Vukčević
Dean and full professor, University of Montenegro, Faculty of Metallurgy and Technology
Prof. Mira Vukčević (Ph.D. in technical sciences/material sciences) has a long experience in Higher education ( 32 years). Prof. Vukčević has participated in most of the national bodies dealing with the HE reform: Council for scientific and research activities, Council for vocational Education National Council for qualification . Her main research field is powder metallurgy, composites with metallic matrix and composites with matrix based on inorganic polymeric structures. She has published more than 60 papers in research publications in the field of powder metallurgy, composites based on metallic matrix, biomaterials, geopolymers. She has the membership of: European Materials Research Society (EMRS), American Powder Metallurgy Institute (APMI), Yugoslav Materials Research Society (YUMRS), International Editorial board of Serbian publication „TEHNIKA“, edition new materials, Editorial board of the Journal of Environmental protection and ecology (JEPE), Review Board in International Journal of Nanotechnology and Molecular Computation. She coordinated several scientific national projects dealing with new materials based on geopolymers as well as composite materials with metallic matrix as well as one FP7 project (REGPOT2-2009). She has been involved ( mainly a the coordinator) in more than 30 projects dealing with the networking in research, higher education, Life-Long learning, Formal and informal education, Recognition of education, Strategy development for the research.

Prof. dr Branislav Dragović
Full professor, University of Montenegro, Maritime Faculty Kotor
Prof Dragovic is expert in the following areas: maritime transport, operation researches in transport, traffic and travel operations, queueing theory in transport systems, shipping network planning, intermodal freight transport and modeling of container port and terminal operations. He is a member of IAME (International Association of Maritime Economists) and WCTRS (World Conference of Transport Research Society). He has published over 200 scientific papers in the country and abroad, including more than 170 in international publications and Conference Proceedings, WCTR, IAME, FAST, IFSPA, MTC, PANAM, RaDMI, MHCL, etc. Prof. Dragović was invited lecturer in the country and abroad: Busan National University, Korea Maritime University, Tongmyong University etc. He was chair of Maritime and Port Logistics Session and Transport Systems and Logistics Session at the MHCL International Conference since 2007 to 2017 and RaDMI International Conference since 2009 to 2017, and member of the Scientific Committee of the same Conferences. He presented several invited plenary lectures at international conferences. Since 2004 on IAME Conference in Izmir up to 2018 (Mombasa IAME Conference), he has the 15 published papers in IAME Conference Proceedings. He is an active reviewer in several journals such as Flexible Service and Manufacturing; Transportation Research Part A; Transportation Research Part D; EJOR; Simulation Modelling Practice and Theory; Computers & Industrial Engineering; International Journal of Sustainable Transportation; Journal of Environmental Management; Reliability Engineering & System Safety; Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management; International Journal of Shipping and Transport Logistics; Research in Transportation Business & Management; Maritime Policy & Management; among others. He has been project manager and leading researcher of many national projects such as Basic technical-technological parameters optimization for planning and design modern port container terminals – Container terminals in Port of Bar in the XXI century (2000-2002), Determination and optimization of parameters for valorization and development transport systems and tourist destination with their mutual relationship – Case study: Montenegro and its transport and tourist capacity (2005-2007), Investigation of optimal linkage between maritime and land transport systems – Case study: Valorization of Montenegro intermodal potential (2008-2011), and so on. He was project manager and leading researcher of the international project with the title Applying and promoting the concept of sustainable development to AD Marina Bar (2014-2018).

Denise Vidović

Mrs. Vidovic is the Vice President and Owner of Energy Testing & Balance, Inc. in Austin, Texas, USA. In addition to providing all Operational support to the firm, including HR, Finance, and Contract Management, she leads our Commissioning Program, providing both HVAC and LEED Commissioning Services for our clients.
Mr. Vidovic is an ACG certified Commissioning Authority (CxA) and a Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP) trained and certified by the University of Wisconsin. She has been providing various levels of commissioning services from HVAC only to Enhanced LEED services for 10 years.
Ms. Vidovic has been with our firm since 2006. Prior to joining our team, she was an Executive Manager in the high tech industry. During her 15 years with Dell, Ms. Vidovic held various management roles in Finance, Sales, Operations, Project Management and Process Improvement related functions.
She is a graduate of Texas State University with aBBA in Accounting and has also been a licensed CPA.

Mr. Vidovic is the President and Owner of Energy Testing & Balance, Inc. in Austin, Texas, USA. He holds a Master of Science, Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Belgrade.
Mr. Vidovic has35 years of experience in the design, construction and operations, of complex HVAC systems in public, private, healthcare and education sectors. With his extensive knowledge of DDC controls, equipment performance and systems’ troubleshooting, he is highly regarded as an expert in the Testing, Adjusting & Balancing and Commissioningfield.
In addition to providing direction for the firm, he provides design review consulting services, retro commissioning and problem solving for our clients.

Prof. dr Gradimir Danon
Institute for Research and Design in Commerce & Industry
Gradimir Danon was born in Belgrade on February 27, 1949. He graduated from University of Belgrade, the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, also in Belgrade, in 1972. He was awarded his M.Sc. And D.Sc. Degrees by the same faculty, in 1978 and 1988, respectively. He has received his rank of full professorship at the Faculty of Forestryin the year 2000. In October 2017, he retired. He was the mentor of three doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Forestry, and was the member of the commissions for evaluation as well as viva voce examination of number of doctoral and master theses at the University of Belgrade. Prof. Danon led four studies and projects financed by the Ministry of Science of Republic of Serbia and have been engaged in numerous other projects for domestic and foreign clients. Prof. Danon is the member of the Academy of Engineering Sciences of Serbia (AESS), the editor-in-chief of the “Journal of Applied Engineering Science” (JAES), and the founder and chairman of the program committee of scientific conferences "Pneumatici". He is a reviewer in several top scientific journals such as: “Renewable and Sustainable Energy Reviews”, “Energy”, “Renewable Energy” …, and a number of university textbooks and scientific monographs.

Milutin Ignjatović
Managing Director, The Institute of Transportation CIP, Ltd., Serbia
Milutin Ignjatović graduated from the Faculty of Mining and Geology, University of Belgrade in 1970. His employment at the Institute of Transportation CIP, Ltd, started with the position of Head of Department for Geotechnical Engineering in 1991. In January 1994, Milutin Ignjatović was promoted to Deputy Managing Director. From November, 2000, he has been the Managing Director of CIP, which represents the leading research and design company in Serbia and Southeast Europe. Through his eighteen years of employment, he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience covering the technical, technological, ecological and economic aspects of transportation infrastructure and all other fields of construction (geodetic surveys, geological testing, production of study, planning and technical documentation, expert and technical control of technical documentation, testing of structures, expert supervision on the construction of facilities, technical inspection of facilities, engineering - consulting services, etc.)

Darko Stanojević

Darko Stanojević, Teaching and Research Assistant at University of Belgrade, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Department of Motor Vehicles. His career includes participating in many industry domestic and international projects and feasibility studies whose topics were related ž to the research areas such as: development of design, motor vehicle characteristics, development of vehicle maintenance systems, improvement of vehicle safety and development of reliability of vehicle systems which were realized by Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade and/or by Institute for research and design in commerce and industry from Belgrade.
Additionally, his career includes engagement in projects of implementation of different ISO standards or management systems such as: quality management system, road traffic management system, OHSAS management system, environmental management system and etc., in many public and private companies in Serbia. He has published over 30 scientific papers in domestic and international journals and proceedings of domestic and international conferences whose topics addressed development of vehicle systems reliability, risk analysing methods, technical systems maintenance and application of quality management systems in automotive industry. Beside research and scientific work, his academic career includes teaching classes within bachelor and master studies on the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Belgrade, with the following subjects of department of motor vehicles: system effectiveness, system engineering, maintenance of motor vehicles and etc. Currently he is working on his phd thesis and he is active in participation in many current international and domestic projects. He is also an active member of Serbian Technical Systems Maintenance Society.
